ISCAR introduces two new lines of TANGFACE and HELIFACE tools and adapters with JETCUT cooling holes for face machining operations
TANGFACE MAHPR-XL-...-JHP-MC & TNFPAD-XL ...R/L-...-JHP
A new range of tools and adapters for deep face grooving operations is introduced with the following advantages
- Reinforced design enables deep face grooving operation with excellent stability
- Great chip evacuation with less chip jamming due to the JETCUT coolant option
- Can be used with low pressure coolant up to high pressure of 140 Bar
- Cooling hole pinpointed to the cutting edge reduces built up edge and improves tool life
- Available for standard TNF inserts 4, 5 and 6mm width
- Designed for face grooving depths from 20 - 50mm and diameters from Ø35 -Ø315mm
HELIFACE HFPAD---R/L……JHP
A new range of tools and adapters for deep face grooving operations is introduced with the following advantages
- Great chip evacuation with less chip jamming due to the JETCUT coolant option
- Can be used with low pressure coolant up to high pressure of 140 Bar
- Two cooling holes directed to insert cutting edge, from top and bottom
- Cooling hole pinpointed to the cutting edge reduces built up edge and improves tool life
- Fits the standard tool holders MAHR/L...JHP & MAHPR/L….JHP
- To be used with standard HFPR/L / GRIP / HGPL / DGN inserts 3 - 6.35mm width
- Designed for face grooving depths from 10 - 20mm and diameter range from Ø40-Ø3000mm
