Ampliamento della linea HELIIQMILL 390

Caratteristiche

ISCAR ha ampliato la gamma degli inserti e delle frese HELIIQMILL standard.

Dopo il successo ottenuto sul mercato, ISCAR ha deciso di ampliare la linea HELIIQMILL 390 introducendo le seguenti novità:

HM390 TCCT 0703PCR- Inserti rettificati sul perimetro, con taglienti affilati, per operazioni di semifinitura e finitura. Questi inserti, progettati specialmente per la lavorazione delle superleghe, generano basse forze di taglio, garantendo un taglio ancora più dolce.

HM390 TPKT 1003..PDR- Ampliamento della gamma degli inserti HM390 TPKT 1003…PDR con l’introduzione dei nuovi raggi: 0.4, 1.0, 1.2, 1.6 e 2.0 mm.

Questi inserti ampliano la gamma già diponibile di inserti con raggio da 0.8 mm.


Nota: Quando si utilizzano inserti HM390 TPKT 100320PDR, è necessario modificare la sede inserto della fresa HM390-10 generando un raggio di 1.5 mm.

HM390 TPKT 100304R-GW 30N- Inserti cermet nel grado IC30N per applicazioni generali.

Caratteristiche
  • Grado Cermet per maggiore durata ed ottima finitura delle superfici lavorate
  • Ottima scelta per lavorazioni ad alta velocità (HSM) grazie all’elevata resistenza all’usura per ossidazione ed abrasione
  • Ampio tagliente raschiante per migliori finiture
  • Raggio 0.4 mm
  • Per un’ampia gamma di applicazioni su acciai, acciai inox, ghise, materiali sinterizzati e per lavorazioni dove si richiedono ottime finiture superficiali

Parametri di taglio per frese HELIIQMILL con inserti nel grado cermet IC30N
Gli inserti nel grado cermet prevengono la formazione del tagliente di riporto, incrementando la produttività nelle lavorazioni di materiali che tendono ad aderire al tagliente. I taglienti dell’inserto rimangono affilati per un lungo periodo di tempo, mantenendo basse le forze di taglio e generando ottime finiture delle superfici - Gli inserti cermet risultano quindi un’ottima soluzione per finitura di precisione.

HM390 TPCT 1003PDR- Peripherally ground inserts with a special chipformer that achieves excellent surface finish and precision. The insert enables smooth machining exerting low cutting forces and is specially designed for milling various high-temperature alloys (HTSA), widely used in the aerospace and power generation industries.

  • All around periphery ground, including clamping surface areas with a milling cutter pocket

HM390 TPCR 1003PDFR-P IC28- Peripherally ground inserts with a polished rake surface and highly positive cutting geometry. Intended for machining aluminum and also suitable for cutting titanium and magnesium.

Features
  • A sharp cutting edge with a special chipformer
  • All around periphery ground, including clamping surface areas with a milling cutter pocket
  • Both rake and relief surfaces are polished
  • Wide sharp-edged wiper for improved surface finish
  • 0.8 mm corner radius


The polished rake surface of the insert ensures excellent chip flow and prevents chips from sticking to the surface when milling soft workpiece materials such as aluminum and magnesium.
Polishing the relief surface substantially improves performance in milling cavities and pockets where chips remaining in the cutting zone may stick to the insert’s side and jam between the insert and material, causing damage to the machined surface.

The high positive cutting geometry results in soft cutting action and prevents built-up edge.HM390 TDCR 1505..PDFR-P28- Peripherally ground flank inserts with polished rake surfaces.
The insert’s super positive cutting geometry and sharp cutting edges ensure highly efficient milling of aluminum alloys.

Expanding the radius variety of HM390 TDCR 1505..PDFR-P28 inserts with the following corner radii: 2.0, 3.2 and 4.0 mm.

These inserts expand the range of the already available 0.8 mm corner radius insert.

Note: When using the HM390 TDCR 150532PDFR-P28 and HM390 TDCR 150540PDFR-P28inserts, HM390-15 tools should be modified by rounding the insert pocket corners to R=4.0 mm.

HM390 TDKT 1505PDR-HS- Inserts with a serrated cutting edge for chip splitting.
The chip splitter design generates low cutting forces enabling increased feed rates resulting in higher machining productivity.

Features
  • Decreases cutting load – high table feed can be achieved
  • Reduces vibration (chatter free) and noise
  • Improves chip evacuation (splits chips into small pieces)
  • Diminishes heat generation
  • Suitable for machining at long overhang or poor workholding conditions


HM390 TDKR 150508PDR HM- Super positive inserts for machining aluminum, stainless steel and high-temperature alloys.

  • A wide sharp-edged wiper for better surface finish

The new HM390 insert is produced from ISCAR’s latest SUMO TEC carbide grades, whichsignificantly increases productivity when machining most industrial materials such as alloy steel,stainless steel, cast iron and HTSA.

All these new inserts can be mounted on any standard HELIIQMILL HM390cutter.
